Hi Experts,
I brought TPL5100 nano time use in my circuit, now I want to do a simulation for my circuit. However, there is no spice module file I can find for the simulation.
could you help? Thanks a lot.

JT

Hi Noel Fung,
I am doing a low energy boost up circuit and use the timer to control to run the boost circuit.
what I want to simulate is the input voltage and the output voltage to see the efficiency of the boost. The TPL5100 time just as one component. when I doing the simulation of the circuit but no spice model for this part.
what should I do? Do you have any suggestions or an alternative way for me to try to simulate my circuit?
Hi JT,
I think the timer is basically used to generate a periodic pulse (MOS_DRV), the timing is set by the three hardware pins (D0, D1, D2). You don't really need a simulation model of the timer. I am not an expert in spice simulation, but I think you can use a voltage source and edit its parameter to make it a periodic pulse generator.
