TRF3765: Lock Time and Loop Bandwidth Calculation

Hi everyone,

I am using TRF3765 PLL in my design for generating 3200MHz output from 25MHz reference clock.

Loop Filter used in my design is almost same as the design in data sheet for fpd of 1.6MHz.

C1 = 47pF, C2= 560pF, R2= 10Kohm, C3= 5pF, R3=4.7kohm, C4= open, R4=0 ohm.

With this design, PLL is taking 500us for locking.

I need to calculate the therotical lock time and therotical loopbandwith for the above design.

How to calculate these two parameters from the above R, C and frequency values?
