LMX2592: Does its SPI interface support 1.8V logic?

Part Number: LMX2592

In its datasheet, the SPI/uWaire bus' CSB, SCK, and SDI all says they support 1.8V to 3.3V logic (Section 5 table). However all the VCC rails' recommended operating condition is 3.15-3.45V. So I am a bit confused. If I am using a 1.8V MCU to control LMX2592, can I use 1.8V SPI bus to program the LMX2592 without using a level shifter in between?

Section 6.5 Electrical Characteristics says min VIH for logic input is 1.4V, that's higher than 1.8V logic would require (usually 0.7*Vcc or 1.26V)

Can you please confirm if regular 1.8V logic will reliably control this IC?

Thanks,
