I am working with the IBIS model for the LMK00301 clock fanout in LVDS mode. On the output the negative differential line has a fair amount of noise on it, but not on the positive. Have you seen this before? I am doing a simple schematic hyperlynx simulation to test this. I do have a 100ohm termination at the receiver. We are running at 80MHz which is well below the limits on this part.
