After the lead free soldering process PCBs are cleaned with some solvent. I want to know the cleaning process involved.

Anand,

TI semiconductors are compatible with industry standard board washing products. There is no specific TI document for this. Be sure to consult the solvent information to see if it was designed for printed circuit board after solder purposes. Follow the instruction from the solvent provider.
