Hello Kuramochi-san,

From your QFN/SON FAQ link, refer to SLUA271, QFN and SON PCB Attachment, section 5.2.

WQFN, along with VQFN, UQFN, etc. are all part of the QFN family of packages, and the same general considerations for reflow apply to all packages within this family. These considerations will also apply to LMK04208. See also the following thread:
