TLC555: tlc 555 output problem

I'm going to need a little more information in order to help. Can you probe your supply line and make sure there are no glitches on your supply? Try adding a 1uF capacitor in series with the 100nF bypass capacitor. I'll also need a better view of your time scale. How long are the high peaks on your waveform?
