NE555: Any timer solution that can measure 50usec at +/-10usec?

Customer is looking for any timer solutions that can measure 50usec at +/-10usec.

Could you come up with any sotluions?

Any devices are OK. No need to use NE555.

It isn't clear what kind of output is required for the time signal input, and what the input signal characteristics are besides 50 us?
