can i use the outputs like lvcmos? As well as in datasheet at LMK00304? figure 38.

Hello Eugene,

Since this is an LVPECL buffer the output swing will be lower than that of an LVCMOS output.

You could consider the LMK00804B or LMK1C110x family buffers instead.
