LMK03328: I2C Clock Rate and SDA Hold Time

Hi,

Would you mind if i ask LMK03228?

I wish LMK03328 runs at 96.64kHz Clock Rate and 3.0us SDA Hold Time.

But minimum clock rate is 100kHz and maximum SDA Hold Time is 0.9us in accordance with the datasheet.

Are there any concerns if I2C Clock Rate is lower than 100kHz and SDA Hold Time is longer than 0.9us.

Other I2C characteristics meet specified value.

The LMK03328 datasheet timings should be respected. It is possible that the device could work with the timings you wish to try. But since your requested timings fall outside of the datasheet ratings, TI will not support issues you might encounter with these timings.

Thank you for your reply.

I found the below thread in E2E support forums.

- LMK03328: The min I2C speed of LMK03328

Acording to the thread, LMK03328 was designed with 99.502kHz I2C interface and 2.5us SDA hold time, but there ware not any concerns.
May I take it that LMK03328 certainly runs at these I2C tymings but TI will not support if issues are caused by these tymings?
