LMK04828: LMK04828 clock DCLKout2_P and DCLKout2_N are same how to slove

Dear Sir,

we have designed a custum board with LMK04828 and ADC - ads54j69 for initial 2  to 3 days  every thing is ok 

clock are coming jesd link was up and and adc sample data we are able to see, after some days 

we have tried few different clock for different sampling rates suddenly adc jesd link was down and when we debug back , DCLKout2_P and DCLKout2_N exactly same , now which ever old or new LMK Register configuration I load  DCLKout2_P and DCLKout2_N are same 

remaining  DCLKoutX_P and DCLKoutX_N are out of phase and other ADC link alright,

when i read back programmed registered values all are coming fine but I could not able to make out what is the exact issue 

whether my register configuration are mistake or really IC gone (Damaged) there is no shorts on the boards 

my register configuration attached here with 

any speedy suggestion will be very much helpful

    So on the custom board, the same register configuration was working and now it is not. There are no changes to the board or the register configuration. Can you confirm?

    The following sentence is a bit confusing, can you explain it further?

    One way to check if the IC is damaged is by switching out the IC on board and checking if the register configuration give you the same result. Is this possible?

    This is also confusing. If these outputs are out of phase how is the link alright?

    Is the current consumption of the device any different? Are you still able to communicate with the device?
