Hi team,

Does this device has internal feedback resistor? 

The crystal unit manufacturer's document states that it is necessary to insert a resistance value such as 1 MΩ in parallel with the crystal unit, but I think that it is often built into the IC.
Since there is no description of the feedback resistor in the circuit diagram of the application note, I think it is built-in, but let me check it just in case.

    Hi Yamaguchi,

    This is an old device and it's difficult to find related documentation. However, whether or not there's internal 1MOhm, you can always add external 1MOhm if you find it necessary. Worst case is that the shunt resistance becomes 500kOhm and it's really not a big deal. This parallel resistance is usually insignificant so either way will work.
