I followed all the instructions.  Same failure as before, memory verification error

Last time, I had to find a Windows 7 machine to update the firmware, it wouldn't work on Windows 10.  I don't have a Windows 7 machine.  Now that Windows 7 is EOL, is it possible that TI fixed the bug in the software?

    I have personally confirmed that the USB2ANY firmware update process works on both Windows 7 and Windows 10 devices. Nothing about the firmware update process is different programmatically between Windows 7 and Windows 10. I suspect you either have a defective USB2ANY, or an implementation detail of your USB controller is somehow preventing the programming process from completing successfully. You may have more luck on a different PC, or with a USB hub substituted between the USB2ANY and the host machine.
