To advice the solution for I2S clock generator with frequency option(11.289M , 12.288M , 24.576M)

Do you have requirements on the clock jitter? Do you need all thee frequencies simultaneously? Or any other requirements?

You may be interested in an audio clock such as PLL1705. PLL1705 can generate one of these frequencies at a time on SCKO2.

If you require lower lower clock jitter, consider a high performance clock generator such as LMK03328, which can generate all of the frequencies from 27MHz with its fractional PLLs. Alternatively, use two LMK03318 in integer mode with 24.576MHz and 22.579MHz XTALs for lower jitter.

Some other clock gen devices to consider are CDCE6214, CDCI6214 and CDCEL913
