Hi team,

My customer is using the LMK05318 now. We have new requirements below. Not sure whether we have have some recommended sockets based on the request. Thanks.

1) input 30.72M, output 1. 322.265625M 2. 10M or input 25M output 1. 322.265625M 2. 122.88M

2)The 322.265625M phase noise requirement is below:

10hz：-80dbc

100hz：-100dbc

1khz：-120dbc

10khz：-130dbc

100khz：-140dbc

1Mhz：-145dbc

10Mhz：-150dbc

20Mhz：-150dbc

3) also have the E2PROM configuration.

Hi Frank,

The LMK05318 is a good suggestion and should be able to meet these requirements. And it does have EEPROM that can be programmed on their side so device starts out in this configuration.

They only have 2 output channels? Either 322.265625 and 10 or 322.265625 and 122.88? Any specific jitter requirement?

Besides the phase noise requirement I list above, we don't have other jitter requirements. Thanks.

Understood. Yes I think LMK05318B should come the closest to meeting the requirements... it might be borderline or a little bit worse at 1 kHz (closer to -115 dBc) and 10 kHz (closer to -125). Would that be acceptable?

I believe LMK05318B is the best we have to offer, but I will double check and confirm if there's anything better.

Hi Tim,

They can accept the phase noise performance. They will use the LMK05318 which is in their library. Thanks.
