The VCO Bias, REF and a few other VCO related pins require the use of 10uF capacitors. We are currently using tantalum capacitors for that.
Can we use a 2.7uF ceramic instead or is it important to have a larger capacitance on those pins?

Hello Eric,
I suggest using the 10 uF capacitors. The datasheet characterization is based on this value, so using a 2.7 uF may have deviations.
Thanks,
