LMH1983: Genlock function

The LMH1983 works in tandem with the LMH1981 which does support tri-level and bi-level sync.

When "genlocked" the LMH1983 will typically be synchronized to Hsync, Vsync and Fsync as timing signals. Please see example in section 9.2.1 of the datasheet. If only 2 timing signals are required this can also be utilized - please see Figure 9 to see this case.

Please note there are prior questions pertaining to the LMH1983 here in E2E and these can be utilized as well relating to Genlock.
