LMK04828: crosstalk data

No specific crosstalk data is available; there's so many possible configurations with 14 outputs, eight output dividers, seven output formats, and a practically limitless number of VCO frequencies, that any crosstalk data we take is only specific to a particular frequency plan and register configuration. However, there are general rules for how to achieve the lowest crosstalk:

• Dissimilar frequencies should be separated into different clock groups (see datasheet pinout drawing)
• Dissimilar frequencies should be placed on opposite sides of the PLL whenever possible
• SYSREF should not be run continuously at low frequency if at all possible, as SYSREF is routed to every channel and can crosstalk internally with every clock group. Use the pulser or the SYSREF_REQ feature.

If a particular frequency plan must be investigated, I recommend using an EVM and measuring the crosstalk for different register configurations that implement the same frequency plan to find the most suitable option.
