LMK03806: wrong output frequency

hi,

i'm using an LMK03806BISQ on a custom board. 

the OSCIN is a 10 MHz TCXO (single ended).

i use an FPGA board to manage the uWire link.

After some debug, i'm pretty sure that the link is correct,

using the readback to be sure that the registers are correctly programmed.

I need 12x10 MHz outputs (clkout0 to clkout11).

but my output frequency is equal to 11.4643 MHz instead of 10 MHz

i get 10 MHz only on oscout0, so i think that my 10 MHz TCXO is ok.

i don't get
