I checked dataseheet, but there is no information about this.

Hello Machida-san,

This part is almost a 30 year old part. Could you advise what ESD settings are required? I'm not sure we still have the test equipment to support this request.

Do you mean that you will try to perform ESD test from now on because there is no ESD data which you have ?

Hello Machida-san,

From the information I see readily on the datasheet it doesn't seem to be indicated as you've pointed out. The data that would have been collected at this time would be quite old and I'm having a hard time locating such old data.

I'll be reaching out to others about this and hopefully I can return in the next 24 hours with some direction to find this.
