Matsumoto-san,

When using the part in fractional mode with a fractional denominator of about 400 or less, you can actually program MASH_SEED and it can impact the spurs and make them better or worse. PLLatinum Sim models this effect. Also, if you change "Calculate Spurs" to one of the options to optimize the spurs, it can recommend some values for the MASH_SEED for you.
