Hi Matsumoto-san,
In general, we don't need to alternate these options. When these options are checked, it will ensure all the calculation will be done automatically whenever a parameter is updated. The third option will reduce the PLL DEN and NUM to the lowest value. For example, in TICS Pro, when DEN = 1000 and NUM = 100. In PLL Sim, they will be reduced to DEN = 10 and NUM = 1. TICS Pro also has a button to reduce them to the lowest value. This option helps us identify possible spurs frequencies. For example, in this case, 1/10 = 0.1. We know that fractional spurs will appear at 0.1 * fpd.
