Customer want to confirm if does CDCS502PW can drive XTAL In with a single ended clock? They happen to have a high quality 25 MHz reference that they could use for that part if the part can handle it.

Yes it does support XTAL reference. Not single ended though. Need the 4-pin XTAL (2 of which are GND pins).

Hi Maynard,
Single ended XTALs are only common in microcontrollers as far as I know. Clock products typically require the differential XTAL.
