LMX2592: Phase noise degradation

Hello,

My customer has an issue of the LMX2592 phase noise degradation as shown below.

The customer noticed the difference below in the GND connection between the EVB and the customer board.

Does this GND connection difference affect the phase noise performance?

Please advise on the cause of the phase noise degradation and how to fix it.

    Hi JH,

    Customer layout is also fine, all the ground connection will merge together in the second pcb layer.

    Please provide their register configuration (preferably in TICS Pro format), otherwise I cannot guess what went wrong. In addition, what is the reference clock source and loop filter bandwidth?
