Hi Team,

For differential CLK input slew rate measurement, customer wants to know how to measure the slew rate? Are the two measurement points are 20%  and 80%?

    Hi Stanley,

    The slew rate measurement can be done by following these steps:

    1) Use an input source with a slew rate > 3V/ns

    2) Use a scope set to gather the Rise/Fall time measurement with a threshold of 20 to 80%.

    3) Calculate: slew rate = ((0.8 - 0.2)*VIN,amplitude) / tRISE
