I need to simulate the part LMK00301 using PSPICE for TI. Customer wants to prove design by analysis that output rise/fall times are less than 350 psec.

Is there a device model I can use to simulate?

Hi Louis,

We currently are not providing PSPICE models for our buffer devices, only IBIS models.

Hi Louis,

You should be able to simulate the output rise/fall times with the IBIS model.

Will the IBIS model also work with LTSpice?

Hi Louis,

"Pspice for TI" does not support IBIS models. However, you should be able to import the IBIS model into Cadence software but please keep in mind that the IBIS models are not designed for PSPICE. I don't think LTSpice has the capability to convert.
