LMX2492: Cycle Slip reduction and the charge pump current settings

Part Number: LMX2492

I would like to verify that CSR will work with my application.  I'm using 3.1mA of charge pump current.  If I select x4 for FL_CSR, the charge pump current , R and N should increase 4x.  Does the LMX2492 have the capability to increase the nominal 3.1mA Icp to 12.4mA during settling?

2nd question:  Is the Fast Lock Timer is run off the phase detector input frequency?  For example, if the PD input frequency was nominally 100MHz with x4 FL_CSR this frequency is reduced to 25MHz during settling.  The timer duration would then be calculated based upon 25 MHz, yes?
