LMK05028EVM: TICS Pro message

Hi,

Let me confirm about "TICS Pro" as below.

Q1)

My understanding is that TICS Pro does not work without connecting LMK05028 device or LMK05028EVM.

Is my idea correct?

Q2)

My customer is using TICS Pro with "stand alone" (no connecting).

And they tried to do "Run Script" and then following message was shown.

"Run script cancelled. MATLAB Runtime R2015b(v9.0) not found."

I think this message is no meaning due to LMK05028 is not connected.

Is my understanding correct?

If not, MATLAB is necessary to do "Run script" ?

Hi Takumi-san,

1) It depends on what you mean by "works". Without the device, the GUI can be used to plan the design.

2) For this specific device, the MATLAB R2015b v9.0 64-bit runtime installation is required to "Run Script" in the Main: Start Page. The installation is found at https://www.mathworks.com/products/compiler/matlab-runtime.html.
