TLC555: junction temperature rating

Hi team,

I’m looking for Tj (junction temperature) rating info for TLC555 (TLC555IDRG4).

Is it 150C, as discussed on this post for TLC555 -Q1?

Also I found this post discussing the same topic, but the dissipation rating table was deleted from the latest datasheet.

Kurumi,

The junction temperature is an absolute maximum of 150 degrees C. Stressing the device past this temperature may cause damage. We have an upper recommended operating junction temperature condition of 125 degrees C.
