LMK00304: Output state confirmation of LMK00304 and LMK00105

Hello team,

I have a question about LMK00304 and LMK00105. Could you answer below two cases?

1. Regarding OSCin and CLKOUT of LMK00304 and LMK00105,
   What will be output on CLKOUT if inputting Vcc(3.3V fixed voltage) to OSCin and select the OSCin path?
   Will this be logic Low?
2. Regarding AC coupling and CLKOUT of LMK00304 and LMK00105,
   What will be output on CLKOUT of LMK00304/LMK00105 when LVDS source outputs Hi-Z with below connection? Can we expect logic Low?
   LVDS source(e.g. LMK04832)  --> termination resistor  --> AC couple capacitor  --> CLKIN of LMK00304 or LMK00105
