Can lmk02000 fin not be used?

If necessary, is there a reference design between fin and cpout? What conditions must be met?

Hello.

Fin is the feedback path of the PLL and the input to the clock distribution section. Fin needs to be AC coupled.

See the figure from the datasheet.
