LMX2582: Why will inductor pullup increase output power?

When the output is connected to a 50Ω load, if the pull-up is 50Ω resistor, the output will see a 50//50 = 25Ω load. If the pull up is an inductor, it will appear as high impedance so the load is still 50Ω. Voltage swing will be higher with a higher impedance load.
