The LMK04133 seems to be a good choice to sync to an incoming Audio -Wordclock of 32-192kHz being a Wordclock-Slave.. (fin_min = 1kHz in manual mode).
Our question would be:
What center frequency is recommended for the external VCXO?

Hi Frank,
LMK04133 can be used with the incoming audio clock frequency range but it may have the minimum input frequency limitation when going to operate in auto switching mode.
To overcome this limitation, I would be suggesting LMK04821, which has slightly lower VCO frequency range as LMK04133 but can validate with your operating VCO frequency.
Regarding the external VCXO frequency it should be integer division of your required VCO frequency.
