LMK00301: VIH and VIL

Hi Team,

Our customer asked the following questions about the LMK00301 clock buffer.

I want to use the OSCin pin as an AC coupled CMOS input and would like to know the following information:

1: what is the VIH and VIL of the input?
2: Is it possible to bring the input at a DC bias with resistors and connect the clock signal with a capacitor to ensure the clock signal stays at an adequate voltage?
I have checked the datasheet but the VIHD, VILD, VIH and VIL values show the min and max values are GND and VCC only.

    Hello Danilo,

    1. The VIH and VIL for the OSCin will be the same as the CLKIN specifications you have shown above.

    2. Yes, it possible to bring the input at a DC bias with resistors and connect the clock signal with a capacitor to ensure the clock signal stays at an adequate voltage.
