LMX1204: Spur issue between channels

Part Number: LMX1204

Hi,

I am interested in the use of the LMX1204.
In particular, i
would like to receive information about the channel isolation between the channel CLKOUTx_P/N and SYSREFOUTx_P/N.
Are there any spurious issues?
Do you have measures available in this regard?

Thank you in advance.
Best regards.

  • Hi Matteo,

LMX1204 part usually use case is to buffer/multiplier/divider JESD204B complaint clocks (clock out and SYSREF), where SYSREF is needed for JESD link establishment and may not  necessary to have ON always. May I know, what is the use case to have isolation number between the clock out and SYSREF?

We may have preliminary silicon data number, which is better than -60dBc between the differential CLKout and SYSREFout (100MHz). And we'll confirm the numbers later on the final silicon.

    Thanks!

  • Hi Ajeet,

i want to use two pairs of CLKOUT_X and SYSREFOUT_X:

does the activation of the SYSREFOUT_X involve the presence of unwanted spurious on the CLKOUT_X?

    Thank you in advance.

  • Hi Matteo,

There is no spurs observed at CLKout with SYSREF output enables except crosstalk as mentioned above.

Do you have any critical specs requirement for spurs at CLKout?

    Thanks!
