CDCM1802: I am using CDCM1802 for sine to square wave conversion as shown in fig below. Kindly suggest if anything required along with this.Input power I am feeding from TCXO sine wave.

you may want to look at the LMK1C1102 as alternative.

The schematic looks good to me.

yes you can go ahead with CDCM1802. LMK1C1102 would be a newer and better performing part.
