1. Check you are using the most up-to-date version of TICS pro. In the toolbar under default configurations, you will find the default configuration that's also listed in the user guide. 

2. Yes, EEPROM writing is possible from TICS pro GUI. You must first press "EEPROM to file" and then press "select file to write."

3. Yes, you will need to connect the device via USB and apply power and they will be in sync.

1.After connect the USB cable to the EVM and the computer and press the button Power Off, but scan result is no device founds.

how I deal with it?

2.Use the TICS PRO GUI to write to the EEPROM,how to get the file？Need I write the driver code?Can you provide the User Guide to use TICS PRO GUI?

2.In my own PCB board，not CDCI6214EVM, there is no USB interface, only with IIC interconnect CDCI6214 to the CPU.  If we donnot want to program driver code，Can we use the TICS PRO GUI to adjust the configuration and then burn it into our own board's CDCI6214?

1. In TICS pro under user controls, go to pins and check the program pin box for "DUT_PWR_EN"

2. To get the file, go to the EEPROM section and select the "Read EEPROM to file" button. You do not need to write the driver code. There isn't a "user guide" on how to use TICS pro itself. Each part has it's own user guide which helps the user quickly set up and run the EVM. 

3. Our EVMs are not made for production purposes. What you can do is use TICS pro to generate the desired configuration but you will require an external I2C programmer, if you have one I can share the steps on how to program the EEPROM.

1. In the top file menu bar, under USB Communications click on interface and change the interface to USB2ANY and then press press the "Press to scan I2C Bus" button which should now allow you to connect to the device. 

2. In regards to programming EPPROM, please refer to section 8.5 of datasheet.

It is still not work, and try to set I2C address:0x74,0xE9,0xE8,0x6(TICS Pro GUI default), but still No device found.
