I designed LMK03806 board.

and using TICS Pro generate register.

problem does not locked clock.

schematic is below

input frequency : 30.72MHz TCXO and Vp-p is 3.3V

so i reduce input clock Vp-p 1.9V

i don't know why clock does not locking.

please check the schematic and register setting.

Hi Seung,
I noticed there are some issues with the TICSpro profile for this device. I also was having trouble using the configuration file you provided so I replicated myself.

Another solution that worked for me was using using LMK04806 part profile which is a spin on LMK03806, only difference being that LMK04806 has an extra PLL. So what I did was I disabled all the options for the second PLL and I was able to generate a 61.44Mhz output and lock without an issue. I was able to program the LMK03806EVM using the LMK04806 part profile on TICSpro. Attached you will find the configuration file I used for LMK04806 where only one PLL is used.
