LMK1D2102: Layout Recommendation

Hi Team,

In the datasheet LMK1D2102, the Recommended PCB Layout at Figure 11-1 is a BGA-16 and it don't represent the land pattern need for the part that is a QFN-16 with EP.

Can you please provide the correct layout recommendation.

Hi May,

The recommended land pattern for the QFN-16 package is in Section 13 of the datasheet, also attached here for reference. It also includes the recommended via layout on the thermal pad as well.

Hi May,

I believe that's correct, I would recommend using the land patterns shown in Section 13 of the datasheet. It's unclear what Figure 11-1 is showing but it doesn't seem related to the VQFN-16 package.
