Hello, what is the state of the CLKOUT/CLKOUT* pins with LVDS output during power up or reset? Are these in Hi-Z?

Hello Jack,

As shown on the data sheet (p. 51/52), on a Power-On-Reset (POR) event, the device would Powerdown no matter the output format. Hope this helps.
