PLLATINUMSIM-SW: format for custom OSC input source / VCO noise and PLL noise

Dear Team,

On the PLLatinum SIM ; Feature Level=Advanced , under the Phase Noise tab there is an option to "Load Data" for custom input OSC / VCO Noise / PLL Noise

Can you please share an example or a short guide on how to enter the data for custom OSC input source / VCO noise and PLL noise ?
