LMK1C1106: clock signal integrity help

Part Number: LMK1C1106

Hi,

We have new boards back and the 50MHz SPI clock (for ADC) doesn't look right - sort of looks overdamped which is strange because we haven't added any series resistance yet.  I was actually expecting some ringing.  See the basic schematic and oscilloscope prob'ed at one of the ADCs (~6 inch trace length).  The probe is low inductance (no ground lead) and grounded very close to the ADC clock input.  The oscilloscope is a 1GHz scope.  Do you have any advice on what could be going on?  Our PCB traces were tuned to 50 Ohms characteristic impedance (Zo).  The ADC inputs are simply HiZ (no termination).

Thanks for any help you can provide!

Erik
