    Hello JH,

    TI does not specify lead form as many users have their own requirements and specifications.  

    We can supply you with the details of the forming TI does for the units that are attached to EVM boards.  Attached is the lead form spec when we had lead form done at Fancort.  

    On the product page, CDCM7005-SP, there are CAD files for the package and a landing pattern used by TI on our EVMs.
