Hello,

I'm wondering the function of the PLL2_NUM_MSB (R788) register. R789-R793 are 40 bits combined. Tried adjustig the PLL2_NUM_MSB in TICS Pro but can't see what it is updating/changing.

Hi Jon,

From the register map:

PLL Numerator MSB's when DPLL is disabled and MASH is 24 bit programmable Denominator.

Are you using the DPLL? If so, the MSB register will not do anything.

Hi Jon,

How did you check if updates were done? Try measuring the output sourced from PLL2 with a frequency counter to see a shift in frequency as the MSB is modified.
