Can you please help us with our customer's inquiry below?
We purchased the LMX2572EVM, after following the user guide and powering it on, it is not outputting the correct frequency and is very noisy, how can I get immediate help on this?
The default config is to output a 3Ghz clock, but I see 3.81285G on our spectrum analyzer, also it is extremely noisy probably LDO voltage is too high, needs to be trimmed, you probably have a test point somewhere.
First the test mode doesn't output 100Mhz:
The default setting which is supposed to be 3G is 3.811G:
The output is extremely noisy as you can see in the spectrum. Something is very wrong.
