TLC555: Query on Pre-time set

Hi Experts,

Kindly please assist us with this customer's query below.

I have a TLC555CP timer in a bunch of control panels. The question l have is - my panels are set up with a 2-minute time delay. Does the TLC555CP come pre-setup with the time from the factory? If not, can l get them pre-timed?

    Hi Jonathan,

    The TLC555 timing (frequency, duty cycle, etc.) is determined by the charging and discharging of external resistors and capacitors that are configured with the TLC555. Can you provide a schematic?

    Section 7 of the TLC555 datasheet describes the operation and timing equations for monostable and astable operation.

    Section 8 of the datasheet describes the operation of other typical application circuits such as pulse-width modulation.
