Hi,

Could you tell me the recommended number of thermal vias?

According to the recommended land pattern, there are only 5 vias, but Dissipation Ratings
According to Note 2 of , there are 9 and the measurement condition is 4x4.
Also, according to 12.2 Layout Example, it is 5x5.
