CDCI6214EVM: Device Not Found in TICS Pro

Hi,

I'm trying to load my TICS Pro file onto my CDCI6214EVM board, the "USB2ANY" is connected and green, but when toggling the "PWR on/off" button, I get the "No Device Found!" pop-up. When I go to the USB Communication tab and scan the board, the LED blinks green, but when I try to connect with I2C, I get the same "No Device Found" pop up. What do I do to fix this?

    Kathleen,

    If you have the USB2ANY connected in the software, go to the "User Controls" page, and then toggle the DUT_PWR_EN from low to high:

    It may be required to toggle the rest of the pins to this state as well.
