LMK1D1204: Wafer/Die types for LMK devices

Hi,

We are looking for the technology type (wafer/die type) used within the below.

We have extensively tested the  LMK05318B device but would like to justify the use of the LMK1D1204RGTT 

based upon it being of the same technology type.

Any help/data would be appreciated.
