CDCLVP111-SP: questions about “Single-Event Effects Test Report for CDCLVP111-SP 1:10 LVPECL Clock Distributor”

Part Number: CDCLVP111-SP

Hello,

My customer has questions about “Single-Event Effects Test Report for CDCLVP111-SP 1:10 LVPECL Clock Distributor”

Q1:
On the Figure10 on page 13, which output are measured, Q0, Q9 or total Q0 and Q9?

Q2:
To estimate total 10 outputs (Q0 – Q9) Weibull FIT, will the result be 5x Figure10 or 10x Figure10?

Best regards,

K.Hirano

  • I found the data that was used to create the report and it appears that figure 10 is for Q0 only.

As shown in the report, 45% of the time there was an event on Q0 there was also one on Q9.  I would agree that the total number of unique events might be 5x of that measured on one output.
